Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 27th
day of ____February , 1989 The following members were
present: ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
Ls adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-102
APPROVING OFF -SALE NON -INTOXICATING
LICENSE FOR GROCERY HUT, INC.
WHEREAS, application for an Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor License has been
received from Grocery Hut, Inc., 17405 County Road 6, for consideration by the
Plymouth City Council, in accordance with Plymouth City Code, Chapter XII,
Section 1200; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and finds no
reason to deny the license;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that an Off -Sale Non -Intoxicating Liquor License be
approved for Grocery Hut, Inc., 17405 County Road 6, for the period February 28,
1989 through June 30, 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, tie
following voted In favor t ereo ayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk. The —following
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
