Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th
day of February , 1989 The following members were
present: ayorSchneider, Councllmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Mayor Schneider introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-98
APPOINTMENTS TO BOARD OF
ZONING ADJUSTMENTS AND APPEALS
WHEREAS, the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals consists of seven
commissioners appointed to two year terms expiring on January 31; and
WHEREAS, vacancies exist on the Board;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth, Minnesota that it does hereby appoint the following individuals to
terms as indicated to the Board of Zoning Adjustments and Appeals:
George A. Hoff (two-year term) January 31, 1991
Jay Naftzger (two-year term) January 31, 1991
Sandy Patterson (one-year term) January 31, 1990
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Sisk , and upon vote being taken thereon, tie
following voted In favor t ereo a or Schneider Councilmembers Vasiliou
Ricker Zitur and Sisk The following
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
