Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day
of February , 1989. The following members were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESCUHICN N0. 89-95
APPROVING THE TRANSFER OF FUNS 51M THE (NERAL FUND
TO THE PUBLIC FACILITIES FUND
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has been planning for expansion and improvements
to it's Public Facilities, and
WHEREAS, additional funds are deemed necessary to finance these projects, and
WHEREAS, the City has funds available within the General Fund, and
WHEREAS, it is sound financial management to transfer the funds totaling
$375,000 to the proper fund for accounting control purposes;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYM7tTI'H, MINNESOTA that the transfer in the amount of $375,000 be transferred
from the General Fund to the Public Facilities Fund for the 1988 accounting
year -
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
