RESOLUTION NO. 89-94 ORDERING PRELIMINARY DESIGN REPORT - WEST MEDICINE LAKE DRIVE TRAIL WHEREAS, the 1989 Capital Improvement budget calls for the development of trail along West Medicine Lake Drive, and WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission and the Director of Parks and Recreation have recommended approval of a trail along West Medicine Lake Drive, NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City's consulting engineer Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch is authorized to prepare a preliminary design report for the extension of trail from 26th Avenue southerly to approximately 23rd Avenue along West Medicine Lake Drive. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following V0 ted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Ricker Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: Councilmember Vasiliou Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
