Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of February , 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Z`ouncilmembers as ou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: _None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-93
AMENDMENT TO PRIVATE DLVELOPMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN SECOND RNWNL
LIMITED PARTNERSHIP AND THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, the City Manager in his memorandum of February 2, 1989 has recommended that
the City enter into the first amendment to a contract for private development between
the City of Plymouth and Second RNWNL Limited Partnership; and
WHEREAS, the City Council concurs in the recommendation of the City Manager that such a
first amendment should be approved.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the first amendment to a contract for private development between the City of
Plymouth and Second RNWNL Limited Partnership as submitted by the City Manager in his
report dated February 2, 1989.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
