Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of February , 19
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Z`ouncilmembers Vasillou,
Ricker Zitur and Sisk
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adopt on:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-90
REVISING THE POLICY RELATED TO THE ISSUANCE OF
ON -SALE INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSES
WHEREAS, the City Council periodically reviews its policy relating to the issuance of
on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses to ensure that said policy is current; and
WHEREAS, recommendations have been made to revise the current policy dated October 26,
1987, adopted by resolution 87-717.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, approve revisions in the policy relating to
the issuance of on -sale intoxicating liquor licenses as contained in the policy draft
dated February 6, 1989.
AND FURTHER, that this resolution signifies the Council's adoption of said revisions.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
follow ng voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker. Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
