Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 6th day of February , 1989.
The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Uouncilmembers Vasillou,
Ricker Zitur and Sisk
e o low ng members were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-89
REVISING THE MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT POLICY AND PROCEDURES
WHEREAS, the City Council on August 4, 1980, adopted Mileage Reimbursement Policies and
Procedures by resolution 80-549; and
WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of maintaining this policy in an up-to-date
fashion.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does authorize the increase in mileage
reimbursement from $.20 per mile to $.24 per mile as set forth in the policy lanquage
dated February 6, 1989.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou,
Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
