Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 6th day of

February 1989. The following were present:
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk
The following manbers were absent: None
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RES(OLdITION NO. 89- 85
RESOIAMON DHQARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROPOSED
ASSESSMENT FOR 1988 REMOVAL AND DESTRUCTION OF DISEASED TREES, RDi,L 1
WHEREAS, pursuant to the provision of Section 18.271 M.S.A., the Forrester of
the City of Plymouth has caused the 1988 Removal and Destruction of Diseased
Trees, Roll 1 on certain lands within said City, and a determination has been
made that certain charges thereto have not been paid as provided by law, and
the Notal amount of such work amounts to $4,013.75
NOW, IM EF( E, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OXMIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYNOUIN, MINNESOTA:
1. The cost of such assessment to be specially assessed is hereby
declared to be $4,013.75.
2. The City Clerk, with the assistance of the City Forester, shall
forthwith calculate the proper amount to be specially assessed for
such against every assessable lot, piece or parcel of
land within the district affected without regard to cash valuation,
as provided by law, and the clerk shall file a copy of such proposed
assessment in the office of the City Clerk for public inspection.
3. The Clerk shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment
notify the Council thereof.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Com ilnwmhpr Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker
Zitur and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
