HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-083CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rev-ular sleeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the . 6th day of February , 1989. The following members were present: , Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou RirIL r iter and siQk , The following members were absent: Non Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-83 RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING TYRELL EIGHTH ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted February 6, 1989, a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the improvement of Tyrell Eighth Addition by the installation of ornamental residential street lights and this report was received by the Council on February 6, 1989. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HERESY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: 1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was signed by all owners of real property within the plat named as the location of the improvemmt. 2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted February 6, 1909. The petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing. 2. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work which will be done by Northern States Power Company. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmesibar Zitur , and upon vote being token thereon, the following ,oted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou.
