Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ regal, ar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Frh day of
February , 1989. The following members were present: ,
Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker, Zitur aind Sink ,
The following members,were absent: Non
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-69
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO
FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 89-68
VACATING THE DRAINAGE AND PONDING EASEMENTS FOR
PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK 3RD ADDITION
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of the drainage and
ponding easements within Prime West Business Park 3rd Addition by Resolution
No. 89-68.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the County
until Prime West Business Park 4th Addition is filed at Hennepin County.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following

The following voted against or abstained: Non
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
