Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 23rd day of
January 1989 . The following members were
present: Mayor Schneider. Councilmembers Vasiliou Ricker and Sick
The following members were absent: Councilmembe it.
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 89-67
ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT ON PROJECT 910 AND AUTHORIZING FINAL PLANS AND
SPECIFICATIONS
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer has prepared a feasibility report for
Plymouth Creek parking lot expansion, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation and the Park and Recreation
Advisory Commission have both recommended aspproval of this project,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the City's consulting engineer be authorized to
prepare final plans and specifications for project 910 Plymouth Creek Park
parking lot improvements.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
tooted in favor thereof: Mavor Schneider. CouncilmembersVa-ak11_o_u_,_
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
