HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-066CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd day of January , 1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Sisk The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89-66 REVISING THE POLICY ESTABLISHING A PROCEDURE FOR PROCESSING APPEALS TO THE UNIFORM FIRE CODE WHEREAS, the City Council adopted a policy establishing a procedure for processing appeals to the Uniform Fire Code by Resolution 83-669 on December 5, 1983; and WHEREAS, the City Council is desirous of revising the policy. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, adopt revisions to the policy establishing a procedure for processing appeals to the Uniform Fire Code dated January 23, 1989; and FURTHER, authorizes the implementation of said policy. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None ' Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
