Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd
day of January , 19 89 The following members were
present: Sisk, Schneider, Ricker, Vasiliou

Counclimember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-59
APPROVING WINE LICENSE RENEWALS
WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of applications for renewal of Wine Licenses
from:
Michael J. Latuff
11333 Highway 55
Lydia Wang
10820 Highway 55
Marcello's Inc.
4112 Lancaster Lane
In accordance with Chapter XII, Section 1200, Plymouth City Code; and
WHEREAS, each applicant has been reviewed by the Police Department;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Wine Licenses be approved for the above for a period from
February 1, 1989 through January 31, 1990; with the condition that all required
certificates of workers compensation and liquor liability coverage are submitted
to the City Clerk by February 1, 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Sisk Schneider, Ricker, Vasiliou
