Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 23rd
day of January , 19 89 The following members were
present: Si3k, Schneider, Ricker, Vasiliou
The following members were absent: Zitur
Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-58
APPROVING RENEWAL OF OFF -SALE INTOXICATING
LIQUOR LICENSES FOR 1989-1990
WHEREAS, the City is in receipt of applications for renewal of Off -Sale
Intoxicating Liquor Licenses from:
Bass Lake Bottle Shop, Inc.
11540 C.R. 10
Four Seasons Liquors Inc.
4232 Lancaster Lane
Party Mart Liquor Inc.
4130 Highway 101
Gaulrapp's Liquor Inc.
3435 C.R. 18
Applebaum Companies, Inc.
10200 6th Ave. No.
WJW Inc.
11331 Highway 55
Plymouth Liquors Inc.
11000 Highway 55
Ashbeck Guth Inc.
15705 35th Ave. No.
Dee's Liquor Inc.
4000 Annapolis Lane
Kennys Inc.
12 Nathan Lane
WHEREAS, each applicant has been investigated by the Police Department.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA, that the Off -Sale Intoxicating Liquor Licenses be approved for the
above-named applinants for a period of one year from February 1, 1989 through
January 31, 1990 with the condition that all required certificates of insurance
for workers compensation and liquor liability are submitted to the City Clerk by
February 1, 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Sisk, Schneider, Ricker, Vasiliou
. The following
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
