Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 23rd day of January ,
1989. The following members were present: Maynr SrhnPidPr- Cminrilmomhers Vasiliou ,
Ricker and Sick
The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur
rnnnrilmPmher Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-45
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
CO. RD. 6/I494 INTERCHANGE
CITY PROJECT NO. 250
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for the following:
A. Remove seven abandoned water services.
B. Relocate water service curb stop.
C. Ins:311 temporary storm sewer.
D. Extend intermediate completion for bridge removal to April 20, 1989.
. E. Reduce granular borrow material unit price.
F. Delete slope paving.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for Co. Rd. 6/I494 Interchange Improvements, City
Project No. 250 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 1 for Co. Rd. 6/I494 Interchange Improvements, City
Project No. 250 by deleting $57,859.10 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $2,584,985.16
Previous Change Orders 0.00
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 1 - Delete 57,$59.10
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT.......... $2,527,126.06
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilnembers Vasiliou, Ric6r and Sisk
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
