Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd
day of January , 19 89 . The following members were
present: Schneider, Sisk, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-29
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO THE ELM CREEK WATER CONSERVATION DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Elm Creek Water Conservation District for 1989;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that Fred Moore is hereby appointed as Director
and Vern Peterson as Alternate Director to the Elm Creek Water
Conservation District for a term expiring January 31, 1990.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by —
Ma or Schneider , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Schneider, Sisk, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou
. The following
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
