Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd
day of January , 1989 The following members were
present: Schneider, Sisk, Zitur, Ricker, Vasiliou
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Vasiliou introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-28
DESIGNATING DIRECTOR AND ALTERNATE DIRECTOR
TO SUBURBAN RATE AUTHORITY
WHEREAS, the City has been requested to appoint a Director and Alternate
Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for 1989;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Fred Moore is hereby appointed as Director and
Virgil Schneider as Alternate Director to the Suburban Rate Authority for a
term expiring January 31, 1990.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Re3olution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Schneider Sisk Zitur, Rickert Vasiliou
The following
voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
