Birkpr_, 71tiir.,and S gam__ The following members were absent: n AAA AAA AAA• Councilmember Vasiliou inrrvduced the following Resolution and mveed its adoption: RESOEAMCN NO. 89- 24 APPOINrDG OFFICIAL DEPOSMMES FOR CITY FW)S FOR 1989 WHEREAS, State Statutes require that the City designate general depositories for City monies; NOW, , BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COLMI:L OF 7HE CITY OF pLY!!jM, MMMM, that First Bank Plymouth be designated as the official general dapositomry for 1989 for the City of Plymouth's operating= checking accounts; w ZT FZR M RESLT,VED that the following be designated as official depositories for the City's temporary investment prograam for 1989; the First Bards System, Norwiest Banks, the American Natiaal Bank of St. Pod, the Bank Wayzata, F i N Marquette National Banks, First National Bank of Wayzata and the '.+Metro Bards Plymouth; BE IT PUMM RESMVED that irnmotnent counselors and institutions may be utilized giuring the 1989 year for the acquisition of commercial paper, banker's aooeptarrees, and goverem skl securities; BE IT F[RnER RESOLVED that the designation of the foregoing depositories are contingent upon rAceipt by the City of Plymouth of evidence of sufficient collateral in the amount and kinds as required by the State Statutes. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Fesolution was duly seconded by Counciluember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker. Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. AAA AAA AAA
