Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 3rd
day of January , 19 89 . The following members were
present: Schneider, Sisk, litur, Ricker, Vasiliou
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and moved
Its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 89-23
DESIGNATING OFFICIAL NEWSPAPER FOR 1989
WHEREAS, Chapter II, Section 200.03(3) of the City Code provides that the
Council shall designate the official newspaper for the City of Plymouth.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that
Plymouth Post is hereby designated as the official newspaper for the
City of Plymouth for the year 1989.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by _
Councilmember Zitur , and upon vote being taken thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: Ricker, Zitur, Schneider
The following
voted against or abstained: Sisk, Vasiliou
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
