HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1989-010CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a ri-gular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 3rd day of January , 1989. The following members were present: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker Zitur and Sisk , The following metr,)ers were absent: None Councilmember Sisk introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 89- 10 ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENTS AND DRAINAGE EASEMENTS FOR PONDING PURPOSES OUTLOT A - PRIME WEST BUSINESS PARK 3RD ADDITION WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Prime Development Corporation has petitioned the City Council for the vacation of the following drainage and utility easements and drainage easement for ponding purposes: The drainage and utility easement and drainage easement for ponding purposes in Outlot A, Prime West Business Park 3rd Addition, according to the recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota. AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same to be in order; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of February 6, 1989, at 7:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said hearing as provided by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Schneider, Councilmembers Vasiliou, Ricker, Zitur and Sisk The following voted against or abstained: None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
