RESOLUTION No. 2013-348
A RESOLUTION
APPROVING EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN
VILLAS OF CORNERSTONE COMMONS HOMEOWNER'S ASSOCIATIONS
AND CITY OF PLYMOUTH
WHEREAS, an easement has been prepared between the City and the Villas of
Cornerstone Commons Homeowner's Association, owners of the common area of
which is legally described as CIC Number 914 Villas of Cornerstone Commons, a
Condominium Third Supplemental CIC Plat; and
WHEREAS, said Easement Agreements have been signed by the Villas of
Cornerstone Commons Homeowner's Association and are recommended for
acceptance by the City Council; and
WHEREAS, recording of the easements shall constitute accepting the Villas of
Cornerstone Commons private utilities in accordance with City Policy.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA that the easements for
the common area CIC Number 914 Villas of Cornerstone Commons, a Condominium
Third Supplemental CIC Plat, is accepted.
