RESOLUTION No. 2013-345
A RESOLUTION APPROVING FINDINGS OF FACT FOR ZONING ORDINANCE TEXT
AMENDMENTS RELATING TO OUTDOOR LIGHTING (2013040)
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth initiated amendments relating to outdoor
lighting; and
WHEREAS, the amendments would bring existing lighting regulations in line
with current lighting technology; and
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the proposed text
amendments at a duly called public hearing.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve
the zoning ordinance text amendments, based upon the finding that the proposed
amendments would be consistent with the city's comprehensive plan, and with all other
ordinances and regulations.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on October 22, 2013.
