VILLAGE OF PLYMDUTH
Pursuant to due tali and notice thereof, a special meeting of the Village
Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota. was held on the 18th day of
December, 1969.
The following members vere present: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson and Kindoeth. Councilman Humphrey was absent.

Councilman Johnson introduced the following Resolution and moved its

RESOLUTION NO. _69-472
NOW THEREFORE BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE Of PLYMOUTH AS FOLLOWS:
Approval of final payment to be made to American Pipe Services,
2231 Edgewood Ave. So., Minneapolis, Minn. in the amount of
$18,850.16.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Hints and upon vote being taken. thereon, the
following voted in favor thereof: !Mayor Hilda, Council>wn Hints,
Johnson and F.indseth. No one voted against.
Whereupon said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
