Home My WebLink AboutCity Council Resolution 1992-839CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO. 92-839 ADOPTION OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM 1993 - 1997 WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the year 1993 through 1997; and WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the Planning Commission as to consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the public at a public hearing conducted on September 9, 1992. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Capital Improvements Program for the year 1993 through 1997, Table II and Table III, is hereby adopted as the official Capital Improvements Program for the City of Plymouth, except the 1993 Park Element is amended by deleting the following projects: 1) Neighborhood Park 2) Zachary Parking Lot Expansion r Adopted by the City Council on December 21, 1992.
