RESOLUTION NO. 92-838
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT FOR COMMUNITY PLAYFIELDS
WHEREAS, the City's consultant, Brauer and Associates, has recommended final
payment be made for the Bass Lake and Parkers Lake Playfields in the amount of
$5,582.35; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and concurs with this
recommendation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is authorized
to make final payment to Shingobe Builders in the amount of $5,582.35 for work
completed on the Bass Lake and Parkers Lake Playfields.
Adopted by the City Council on December 21, 1992.
