RESOLUTION NO. 92- 837
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 5 AND FINAL
NORTHWEST TRUNK SANITARY SEWER - PHASE II
CITY PROJECT NO. 014
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Northdale Construction Company
as contractor, have entered into an agreement for Northwest Trunk Sanitary
Sewer - Phase II, City Project No. 014, said agreement being dated March
21, 1991; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified acceptance of the work and approval of
the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $507,627.16. Two
change orders were approved in the amount of $14,923.98
and the value of the work to date is $520,976.41 and is
herewith approved.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for Northwest
Trunk Sanitary Sewer - Phase II Improvemeits, and
certified to the Council by the engineer as acceptable,
being the same, is hereby released from the contract
except as to the conditions of the performance bond, any
and all legal rights of the owner, require9 guarantees
and correction of faulty work after final p.yment.
3. Request for Payment No. 5 and Final in the amount of
$17,373.15 to Northdale Construction Company for
Northwest Trunk Sanitary Sewer - Phase II Improvements
is hereby approved and the City Finance Director is
hereby authorized and directed to pay the same
forthwith.
