HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-833CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 92-833 APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT CONCEPT PLAN FOR GRAHAM LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LOCATED NORTHWEST OF THE CORNER OF 42ND AVENUE NORTH AND COTTONWOOD LANE (92090) WHEREAS, Graham Land Development Company has requested approval of a Residential Planned Unit Development Concept Plan for the development of 22 single family detached lots on 10.86 acres located northwest of the intersection of 42nd Avenue North and Cottonwood Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing and has recommended approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Residential Planned Unit Development Concept Plan for the development of approximately 10.86 acres located at the intersection of 42nd Avenue North and Cottonwood Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum. 2. All public street right-of-way shall be dedicated. 3. The maximum number of dwelling units approved is 22. 4. The concept of 2.00 dwelling units per net acre is found to be compatible with the existing densities of the adjacent subdivisions to the east and south.
