HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-832CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 92-832 APPROVING PRELIMINARY PLAT AND VARIANCE FOR GRAHAM LAND DEVELOPMENT COMPANY LOCATED NORTHWEST OF THE CORNER OF 42ND AVENUE NORTH AND COTTONWOOD LANE (92090) WHEREAS, Graham Land Development Company has requested approval of a Preliminary Plat and Variance for property located northwest of the intersection of 42nd Avenue North and Cottonwood Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the Preliminary Plat and Variance located at the intersection of 42nd Avenue North and Cottonwood Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. No building permits shall be issued until the Final Plat is filed nand recorded with Hennepin County. 2. Compliance with the terms of City Council Resolution 89-439 regarding tree preservation. 3. A Variance is granted for creation of lots less than the minimum 20 acres required in the FRO District. The site is unique and can not be platted in any other configuration. Adopted by the City Council on December 21, 1992.
