RESOLUTION NO. 92-821
AUTHORIZING THE INSTALLATION OF "NO PARKING" SIGNS ON
MEDINA ROAD BETWEEN COUNTY ROAD 24 AND DUNKIRK LANE AND
COUNTY ROAD 24 BETWEEN KIMBERLY LANE AND HIGHWAY 55
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth will undertake the improvement of Medina
Road between County Road 24 and Dunkirk Lane and County Road 24 between
Kimberly Lane and Highway 55 by installation of bituminous street and
concrete curb and gutter in conformance with State Aid Standards; and
WHEREAS, it is a requirement that parking be restricted on Medina Road
between County Road 24 and Dunkirk Lane, and County Road 24 between
Kimberly Lane and Highway 55.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Director of Public Works is hereby
authorized to install "No Parking" signs on both sides of Medina Road
between County Road 24 and Dunkirk Lane and both sides of County Road 24
between Kimberly Lane and Highway 55.
