RESOLUTION NO. 92-820
ACCEPTANCE OF YEAR 18 (FISCAL YEAR 1992 ENDING
SEPTEMBER 30, 1992) COMPREHENSIVE HOUSING AFFORDABILITY
STRATEGY (CHAS) PERFORMANCE REPORT
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth is required under the Department of Housing and
Urban Development (HUD) regulations to prepare a performance report for evaluating
its progress at achieving established goals outlined in its Comprehensive Housing
Affordability Strategy (CHAS) for the Fiscal Year ending September 30, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Housing and Redevelopment Authority recommends
acceptance of the report.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does, accept
the Hennepin Housing Consortium Comprehensive Housing Affordability Strategy
(CHAS) Annual Performance Report for Fiscal Year ending September 30, 1992.
