HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-817CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION NO.92-$17 TRANSFERRING FUNDS FROM THE PARK REPLACEMENT FUND TO THE CITY AND COMMUNITY PARKS DEDICATION FUND AND THE NEIGHBORHOOD PARKS DEDICATION FUND WHEREAS, the City previously transferred $400,000 from the City and Community Parks Dedication Fund and $100,000 from the Neighborhood Parks Dedication Fund to the Park Replacement Fund to assist with operating costs for the Parker's Lake and Bass Lake play field, and WHEREAS, the General Fund is now able to cover operating costs associated with the new Parker's Lake and Bass Lake play field, and WHEREAS, these funds previously transferred should be transferred back to the respective park dedication funds for future capital outlay. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to transfer $400,000 from the Park Replacement Fund to the City and Community Parks Dedication Fund and $100,000 from the Park Replacement Fund to the Neighborhood Parks Dedication Fund.
