RESOLUTION NO. 92-815
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer has presented Change Order No. 2
decreasing the amount of the playfield contract by $1,590.70; and
WMREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has reviewed and recommends
approval of said Change Order.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that Change Order No. 2 for City
Projects 021 and 022 be approved, decreasing the amount of the contract by $1,590.70,
bringing the new contract sum to $2,839,600.53.
