RESOLUTION NO. 92-800
APPROVING FINAL PAYMENT
WHEREAS, Matt Bullock Contracting has completed all work in
accordance with the plans and specifications on City Project No.
114 and 122, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Parks and Recreation has recommended
approval of final payment on said projects,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is authorized to
make payment in the amount of $17,093.14 as final payment to Matt
Bullock Contracting for work completed on three neighborhood
parks.
