RESOLUTION NO. 92-779
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PROJECT - STREET LIGHTING
335 BERKSHIRE LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted December 7, 1992,
a report has been prepared by the City Engineer with reference to the
improvement of Berkshire Lane and Sunset Trail by the installation of an
overhead residential street light and this report was received by the
Council on December 7, 1992.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council finds and determines that said petition was
signed by all owners of real property adjacent to
Berkshire Lane and Sunset Trail named as the location of
the improvement.
2. Such improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the
Council resolution adopted December 7, 1992. The
petitioners have waived their right to a public hearing.
3. The City Engineer is hereby designated as the engineer
for these improvements. He shall coordinate the work
which will be done by the Northern States Power Company.
