ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
STREET, CURB AND GUTTER, SIDEWALK, AND UTILITY EASEMENT
LOTS 2 AND 3, BLOCK 3 AND LOTS 2 APTD 3, BLOCK 4
F.IDGECREST ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Nick Loscheider has petitioned the
City Council for the vacation of the following street, curb and gutter,
sidewalk and utility eaaement:
That part of Lots 2 and 3, Block 3 and Lots 2 and 3, Block 4.
Ridgecrest Add :tion, lying within a radius of 60 feet of a
point on the _enter line of 29th Avenue north distant 60.00
feet west along said center line from the east line of said
Ridgecrest Addition.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTe: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of January 4, 1993 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish
notice of said hearing as provided by law.
