RESOLUTION NO. 92-'775
AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN THE
CERTIFICATE OF EXEMPTION AND
FINDINGS OF FACT FORM
WETLAND ACT 1991
PLYMOUTH TECHNOLOGY PARK
WHEREAS, the developers of Plymouth Technology Park propose to develop
adjacent to wetlands for industL�al lot construction purposes; and
WHEREAS, no filling will take place within the wetlands; and
WHEREAS, the installation of the necessary storm sewer outlet structures is
covered under the Army Corps of engineers Nationwide Permit No. 12 Utility
Line Backfill and Bedding; and
WHEREAS, the wetland is exempt from the Wetland Conservation Act, Exemption
No. 6.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to execute the Findings
of Fact and Certificate of Exemption Forms.
