RESOLUTION NO. 92-773
RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PRELIMINARY REPORT
PARKERS LAKE NORTH 2ND ADDITION - STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS -
CITY PROJECT NO. 305
WHEREAS, the developer of Parkers Lake North 2nd Additon has petitioned
the City to install a 9 ton bituminous street with concrete curb and
gutter, drainage facilities, sanitary sewer, watermain and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, property benefited by such projects will be assessed for all or a
portion of the cost of such improvements pursuant to Minnesota Statutes
429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as amended);
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the proposed improvements be referred to
Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. for study and that the
engineers be instructed to report to the City Council with all convenient
speed by advising the Council, in a preliminary way, as to whether the
proposed improvement is feasible and as to whether it should be best made
as proposed or in connection with some other improvement, and the
estimated cost of such an improvement as recommended.
