SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON OFF -SALE 3.2
LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION OF H.I. ENTERPRISES INC.,
3020 FERNBROOK LANE NORTH
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 liquor license
from H.I. Enterprises Inc., d/b/a Holiday Station Store, 3020 Fernbrook Lane; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth City Code provides that a public hearing is required for the
issuance of a new liquor license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for 7:00 p.m. on December 21,
1992, to consider the application of H.I. Enterprises Inc., d/b/a Holiday Station Store,
for an off -sale 3.2 liquor license at 3020 Fernbrook Lane North.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on December 7, 1992.
