RESOLUTION 92-769
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION
FOR GLOBAL SYSTEMS, INC. FOR PROPERTY LOCATED IN CARLSON CENTER SIXTH ADDITION

WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Global Systems,
Inc., located at 305-307 Berkshire Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot division:
1. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
2. Submittal of all necessary utility easements prior to filing with
Hennepin County.
