LOCATED IN THE CARLSON CENTER SIXTH ADDITION (92109) WHEREAS, Global Systems, Inc. has requested approval for a lot division for the creation of 2 lots located in Carlson Center Sixth Addition at 305-307 Berkshire Lane North; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division for Global Systems, Inc. for property located in Carlson Center Sixth Addition at 305-305 Berkshire Lane North. EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS PARCEL A Lot 4, Block 1, Carlson Center Sixth Addition, Hennepin County, Minnesota. To be divided and consolidated as follows: PARCEL A That part of Lot 4, Block 1, Carlson Center Sixth Addition lying northwesterly of a line drawn from a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot 4 distant 44.37 feet southeasterly along said northeasterly line from the most northerly corner of said Lot 4 to a point on the southwesterly line of said Lot 4 distant 76.83 feet southeasterly along said southwesterly line from the most westerly corner of said Lot 4, Hennepin County, Minnesota. PARCEL B That part of Lot 4, Block 1, Carlson Center Sixth Addition lying southeasterly of a line drawn from a point on the northeasterly line of said Lot 4 distant 44.37 feet southeasterly along said northeasterly line from the most northerly corner of said Lot 4 to a point on the southwesterly line of said Lot 4 distant 76.83 feet southeasterly along said southwesterly line from the most westerly corner of said Lot 4, Hennepin County, Minnesota. FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation is approved by Hennepin County.
