APPROVING LOT CONSOLIDATION FOR LOWELL TURNER AT 3430 FERNBROOK LANE NORTH

WHEREAS, Lowell Turner has requested approval for a lot consolidation for the
creation of 1 parcel located at 3430 Fernbrook Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITe OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
consolidation for Lowell Turner for property located at 3430 Fernbrook Lane
North.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
PARCEL A
The north 208.71 feet of the West 208.71 feet of the southwest quarter of
the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 22, Township
118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B
Outlot A, Plymouth Business Center 5th Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
To be consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
The north 208.71 feet of the West 208.71 feet of the southwest quarter of
the northwest quarter of the northwest quarter of Section 22, Township
118, Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota, also
Outlot A, Plymouth Business Center 5th Addition, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on December 7, 1992.
