RESOLUTION 92-763
APPROVING LOT DIVISION/CONSOLIDATION AND FOR YOPP AND WILMOT AT 16815 -32ND
AVENUE NORTH AND 3165 FOUNTAIN LANE NORTH (92098)
WHEREAS, Yopp and Wilmot have requested approval for a lot
division/consolidation for the creation of 2 lots located at 16815 -32nd Avenue
North and 3165 Fountain Lane North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot
division/consolidation for Yopp and Wilmot for the creation of 2 lots for
property located at 16815 -32nd Avenue North and 3165 Fountain Lane North.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
PARCEL A
Lot 6, Block 3, Seven Ponds East, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B
Lot 7, Block 3, Seven Ponds East, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARCEL A
Those parts of Lots 6 and 7, Block 3, Seven Ponds East, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, lying westerly of a
line described as beginning at a point on the south line of said Lot 6,
distant 66.96 feet westerly of the southeast corner of said Lot 6; thence
northerly 117.27 feet extending through a point on the northeasterly line
of said Lot 6, distant 70.08 feet southeasterly of the northeast corner
of said Lot 6, thence northeasterly to the most northerly corner of said
Lot 7, and said line there terminating. Containing 17,016 square feet or
0.3906 acres.
PARCEL B
Those parts of Lots 6 and 7, Block 3, Seven Ponds East, according to the
recorded plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota, except those parts
lying westerly of a line described as beginning at a point on the south
line of said Lot 6, distant 66.96 feet westerly of the southeast corner
of said Lot 6; thence northerly 117.27 feet extending through a point on
the northeasterly line of said Lot 6, distant 70.08 feet southeasterly of
the northeast corner of said Lot 6, thence northeasterly to the most
northerly corner of said Lot 7, and said line there terminating.
Containing 17,416 square feet or 0.3998 acres.

FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division/consolidation
is approved by Hennepin County.
