RESOLUTION 92-760
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR A HOME OCCUPATION FOR JOANNE SCHULER
LOCATED AT 2355 HEMLOCK LANE NORTH (92101)
WHEREAS, Joanne Schuler has requested a Conditional Use Permit for a Home
Occupation for property located at 2355 Hemlock Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Joanne Schuler for a Home Occupation for property located at 2355 Hemlock Lane
North, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and
Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Joanne Schuler as operator of the facility and
shall not be transferable.
3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
4. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use.
5. Hours of operation shall be limited to 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday
through Friday.
6. The permit shall be renewed in one year to assure compliance with the
conditions. If the permit is renewed at that time, no further reviews or
renewals shall be required.
7. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be
verified by the City prior to permit issuance.
8. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the
Zoning Ordinance.
9. The number of clients per week shall be limited to 5.
10. This Conditional Use Permit is for the use of home for a law and notary
public office.
11. This Home Occupation for a law office and notary public meets the
Conditional Use Permit criteria.
12. No more than one employee who does not live at this address is permitted.
