HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1992-759CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 92-59 APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR JANICE PAUL LOCATED AT 5250 DUNKIRK LANE NORTH (92099) WHEREAS, Janice Paul has requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation for property located at 5250 Dunkirk Lane North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Pjblic Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Janice Paul for a Conditional Use Permit for a Home Occupation for property located at 5250 Dunkirk Lane North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to Janice Paul for a Home Occupation for making custom drapes and window treatments and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated areas. 5. No signage is allowed relative to the use. 6. The permit shall be reviewed in one year to assure compliance with the conditions. If the permit is renewed at that time, no further reviews or renewals shall be required. 7. All parking shall be off-street in designated areas which comply with the Zoning Ordinance. 8. Applicable compliance of all building and fire code requirements shall be verified by the City prior to permit issuance. 9. Pick-up and delivery trips related to the approved use shall be limited to 5 trips per month and shall be within the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. 10. The Home Occupation shall occupy no more than 410 square feet of the basement. Adopted by the City Council on November 30, 1992.
