RESOLUTION NO. 92- 758
REQUEST FOR PAYMENT NO. 2 AND FINAL
1992 SEAL COAT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth as owner and Allied Blacktop, Inc. of Maple
Grove, MN, as contractor, have entered into an agreement for seal coating
of certain streets, said agreement being dated July 17, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the Engineer has certified acceptance of the work and approval of
the final request for payment.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. That the original contract amount was $105,287.74 and
the value of the work to date is $107,474.14.
2. That the work performed by the Contractor for the 1992
Seal Coat Program and certified to the Council by the
engineer as acceptable, being the same, is hereby
released from the contract except as to the conditions
of the performance bond, any and all legal rights of the
owner, required guarantees and correction of faulty work
after final payment.
3. Request for Payment No. 2 and Final in the amount of
$21,494.83 to Allied Blacktop, Inc. for the improvement
is hereby approved and the City Finance Director is
hereby authorized and directed to pay the same forthwith
from Funds 101-172-810.13, 101-124-810.50-081,017,032
and 220-220-810.13-040.
