RESOLUTION NO. 92-755
APPROVING THE PURCHASE OF DOS COMPUTER MQUIPM MT
AND SOFZNARE FROM AlPRIDATA
WHEREAS, the City is in the process of converting all microcomputers to DOS
operating systems; and
WHEREAS, AmeriData has provided a quotation which is included within the State
of Minnesota contract agreement; and
WHEREAS, the quotation from AmeriData provides a good hardware and software
solution for the new Public Safety Building equipment needs; and
WHEREAS, funds are available within the Public Safety Building construction
agreement for this purpose.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Finance Director is hereby authorized to
purchase DOS computer equipment for the new Public Safety building from
AmeriData in the amount of $88,723.50.
