SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON OFF -SALE 3.2
LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION OF ADNAN SALEM ABUHAMED,
3435 HIGHWAY 169
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2 liquor license
from Adnan Salem Abuhamed for 3435 Highway 169; and
WHEREAS, Plymouth City Code provides that a public hearing is required for the
issuance of a new liquor license.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for 7:00 p.m. on December 7,
1992, to consider the application of Adnan Salem Abuhamed for an off -sale 3.2 liquor
license at 3435 Highway 169.
Adopted by the Plymouth City Council on November 16, 1992.
