RESOLUTION NO. 92- 74S
AUTHORIZING ENTERING A THREE YEAR CONTRACT
FOR RECYCLING SERVICES
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth has a recycling program providing weekly
curbside and drop off collection to residents; and
WHEREAS, the City wishes to continue to provide these services and the
contract for recycling services with the present vendor expires on
December 31, 1992; and
WHEREAS, the City of Plymouth, through the RFP process, has received a
favorable price from Waste Management -Savage to perform these recycling
services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH. MINNESOTA: That the Mayor is authorized to sign a three year
contract between Waste Management -Savage and the City of Plymouth.
