RESOLUTION 92- 724
AUTHGRIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR NATIONAL DESIGNWEAR
LOCATED AT 1005 BERKSHIRE LANE NORTH (91084)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for National Designwear was approved under an
Administrative Approval Letter dated October 18, 1991; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of cash in the amount of $15,613.53; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the cash in the amount of $15,613.53, which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for National Designwear.
Adopted by the City Council on November 16, 1992.
