RESOLUTION 92-723
AUTHORIZING REDUCTION OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR RYAN CONSTRUCTION
COMPANY FOR LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS AT THE ROCKFORD ROAD PLAZA LOCATED AT THE
NORTHEAST CORNER OF VINEWOOD LANE AND COUNTY ROAD 9 (90051)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Rockford Road Plaza was approved under City Council
Resolution 90-432; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a bond in the amount of $181,500; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 92-191, authorized the reduction
of the bond to $90,750; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends reduction of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize a $78,250
reduction of the bond, #61920642 which was submitted to guarantee site
improvements for landscaping at the Rockford Road Plaza to a new total
guarantee of $12,500.
Adopted by the City Council on November 16, 1992.
